Bonolo Nkwane

Bonolo Nkwane

CEO & Attorney at Law
Ms. Bonolo Nkwane is a highly experienced attorney with expertise in various legal areas. She obtained her LLB Degree from the University of Pretoria and has continued to expand her legal knowledge with certificates in Environmental Law and Conveyance. Ms. Nkwane began her career at Magolego Troskie Attorneys, specializing in Debt Collection and Litigation.

She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2007 and later became a Professional Assistant at the same firm. In 2009, she joined Maluleka Tlhasi Attorneys, where she gained experience in Labor Matters, Litigation, Road Accident Fund cases, Debt Collection, and Matrimonial Law. Ms. Nkwane later founded her own successful law Nkwane Attorneys Incorporated, currently headquartered in Villeria, Gezina, Pretoria.
Louisa Mohajane

Louisa Mohajane

Attorney
Ms Louisa Mohajane is a dedicated and resuslt-driven Attorney with a solid educational background and strong foundation in law. She successfully earned her LLB degree with the University of South Africa. In her pursuit of excellence in the legal fraternity, Ms Mohajane furthered her education by obtaining a certificate in Pre-trial Techniques from the Legal Education and Development (LEADLSSA).

Having served her articles of clerkship at Nkwane Attorneys Inc, she recently got admitted as an Attorney of the high Court of South Africa in February 2025. Through hardwork and excellence she quickly advanced to an Attorney role demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and client satisfaction. Her responsibilities encompass a wide rage of legal areas including litigation, family law matters, Road Accident Fund matters and Estate matters. Ms Mohajane is poised to make a meaningful contribution to the legal Profession.
Tinyiko Chauke

Tinyiko Chauke

Attorney
Ms Tinyiko Chauke completed her Diploma in Legal Assistance at the Tshwane University of Technology and later obtained her LLB Degree at the University of South Africa. She commenced her career as an Intern at TM Chauke Inc and thereafter in the year 2013 employed as a paralegal until 2015. She was later employed at Sepedi Ledwaba inc as a paralegal in 2015 to 2016. She thereafter in 2016 until 2019 got employed at Brian Ramaboa Inc as a Legal secretary and upon completion of her degree she then commenced her articles of clerkship in 2019. She subsequently got admitted as an attorney of the High court in 2021 and she is currently employed at Nkwane Attorneys Inc as an Attorney specializing in family law and Road Accident Fund matters.
Puseletso Motaung

Office Manager
Ms Puseletso Motaung completed N6 of Management Assistant at Ekurhuleni West TVET college. She did her internship at a law firm in Pretoria as a legal secretary; she started at March 2018 until August 2019 then on September 2019 she was offered permanent employment by the firm. On January 2020 she started working at Nkwane Attorneys as a Legal Secretary and Office Manager, and currently holds a BCom Law from Boston City Campus with aspirations of growing with the company and finally getting admitted as an advocate in the law fraternity.
Nthabiseng Mphamo

Nthabiseng Mphamo

Paralegal
Ms Nthabiseng Mphamo completed a National Diploma in Legal Assistance (Paralegal) at the University of Technology. She did her work integrated learning at Ledisa Nkadimeng Incorporated Attorneys , she started on the 9th January 2021 until 18 December 2021, she is currently working at Nkwane Attorneys Inc as a Paralegal and also studying LLB at the University of South Africa with the aspiration of being an integral part of the company.
Emelca Manamela

Emelca Manamela

Receptionist
Emelca Manare Manamela is a seasoned administrative professional currently serving as a Receptionist at Nkwane Attorneys Inc., a role she assumed in 2024. She brings over two decades of experience in executive support and front office management.

Her academic foundation includes qualifications in Executive Secretarial Practice, Bookkeeping and Accounts, and Administration from Integrity Academy (2001), complemented by a Computer Literacy certificate from Damelin College (2006). Emelca began her career as a Receptionist and Personal Assistant, where she developed a strong skill set in client service and administrative coordination. In 2022, she served as a Receptionist at Mailula Attorneys Inc., further deepening her experience in legal office environments.

At Nkwane Attorneys Inc., Emelca is committed to delivering exceptional administrative support and ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Mirandah Mmako

Legal Secretary
Mirandah Mmako is currently serving as a Legal Secretary Intern at Nkwane Attorneys Inc., where she is completing her in-service training. She holds an N6 qualification in Legal Secretary studies from Tshwane North TVET College, which she completed prior to joining the firm in March 2025.

Driven by a commitment to excellence and precision, Mirandah is inspired by the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the legal process—particularly through the meticulous preparation and management of legal documentation. Her professional ambition is to develop a deep understanding of legal administrative practices by learning from seasoned attorneys and experienced legal secretaries. She thrives in the dynamic nature of the legal field, which continually presents new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Phindile Njiyela

Legal Secretary Intern
Phindile Njiyela is currently undertaking her in-service training as a Legal Secretary Intern at Nkwane Attorneys Inc., having joined the firm in March 2025. She successfully completed her N6 qualification in Legal Secretary studies at Tshwane North TVET College, Pretoria Campus.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Njiyela has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing her professional competencies within the legal administrative field. She is acquiring practical experience and refining her skills under the guidance of seasoned legal professionals.

Ms. Njiyela is passionate about delivering high-quality support and contributing to the operational excellence of the firm. Her dedication, work ethic, and eagerness to learn position her as a promising professional in the legal sector.
